CloseFlow
Writes in your voice

AI that writes in your own voice, not a bot's.

CloseFlow learns how you write from the content you already send, then reuses that voice across your market reports, listing copy, blog posts, client emails and lead replies. Your clients read you, not a generic AI. You review every draft before it sends.

Same voice, drafted for a listing email

Hi Priya, the semi on Beck went live this morning and it is exactly the kind of place we talked about in the spring. Quiet street, south light in the kitchen, and priced where I think it moves quickly. Want me to book you in for Saturday before it gets busy?

Same voice, drafted for a market report

For buyers. With the Bank of Canada holding at 3.75%1, some of the pressure from last spring has eased. If you have been waiting, this is the window I would want you watching listings in.

1. Bank of Canada. Figures shown are illustrative.

One voice profile, every kind of writing - the words sound like you because they were learned from you.

What it means

It learns from your writing, not a template.

One voice profile, built from what you send

CloseFlow reads the emails and content you actually send and builds a single profile of how you write: your phrasing, your sentence length, how plain or formal you are, the way you open and sign off. That profile is the source every draft is written from.

It gets closer the more you use it

There is no quiz and no style form to fill out. The profile comes from real writing you have already done, so the drafts start in your register on day one and tighten as you send more through CloseFlow.

The same voice, everywhere

You do not train a separate style for each tool. One voice profile carries across everything CloseFlow writes for you, so a client gets the same you whether they open a report, a listing email or your bio.

Where it shows up

One voice across everything a client reads.

The voice you write in shows up in every piece of content CloseFlow drafts for you, so nothing sounds bolted on from a different tool.

Weekly market reports

Your area report, grounded in live Canadian data and written the way you write, ready to review before it goes to your list or your hub page.

Blog posts

Posts for your hub in your own words, so the writing that gets found sounds like you and not like syndicated filler.

Listing copy

Descriptions for your listings drafted in your register, ready to edit and post rather than rewritten from a stock template.

Client emails

Follow-ups and updates that read like you typed them, so the relationship stays personal even when the draft came from CloseFlow.

Lead-reply drafts

A first reply to a new lead, already in your voice, so you can answer fast without sounding like an auto-responder.

Your agent bio

The bio on your hub page written in the same voice, so a first-time visitor meets the real you, not a generic profile.

You stay in control

Every output is a draft you approve.

You review and edit before anything sends

Everything CloseFlow writes lands as a draft. You read it, change whatever you want, and choose to send. The final wording and the send are always your call.

Nothing auto-sends

No email, post or reply leaves on its own. There is no background automation quietly speaking for you, and when you do send email, CloseFlow only reaches contacts with valid CASL consent and handles unsubscribes for you.

It is told never to invent facts or numbers

The writer is instructed not to make up a figure. Market data comes from live Bank of Canada, Statistics Canada and CMHC sources plus the numbers you enter, every figure is cited, and anything not provided is left out rather than guessed.

Why it matters

Most tools personalize the pitch, not the voice.

Generic AI fits the lead, not you

Other tools tailor a message to a lead's details, then write it in the same house style every one of their users gets. The context changes; the voice does not. Your clients end up reading copy that could have come from any agent.

CloseFlow fits your writing

CloseFlow starts from how you write, so the personal part is the voice, not just the merge field. Your clients get you, the person they already deal with, rather than the same syndicated wording their other agent is sending.

Built for the solo Ontario agent

The voice runs through an all-in-one CRM made for a single licensed Ontario REALTOR: reports, blog, listing copy, emails, a unified inbox and a search-ready hub page, at CA$79 to 249 a month, not a stack of separate tools each with its own tone.

Common questions

How does CloseFlow learn my voice? +

It reads the emails and content you actually send and builds a voice profile from your own writing - your sentence length, your phrasing, how formal or plain you are, the way you open and sign off. The more you send through CloseFlow, the closer the drafts get. You are not filling out a personality quiz; the profile comes from real writing you have already done.

Does it sound like me, or like a template? +

It writes in your voice, not a fill-in-the-blank template. Two agents in the same town get two different reports and two different emails, because each one is written from that agent's own voice profile. The goal is that a client reading a CloseFlow draft cannot tell you did not type it yourself.

Does it send anything automatically? +

No. Every piece of writing CloseFlow produces is a draft. Nothing is emailed, published or texted until you have read it, edited whatever you want, and chosen to send. The wording and the decision to send are always yours.

Can it make up facts or numbers? +

No. The writer is instructed never to invent a figure. Market reports are grounded in live Bank of Canada, Statistics Canada and CMHC data plus the local numbers you enter, and every figure is cited to its source. If a number is not provided, it is left out rather than guessed.

What content does it write in my voice? +

The same voice runs across your weekly market reports, blog posts, listing copy, client emails, lead-reply drafts and your agent bio. You write once, in effect, and that voice carries through everything a client reads from you.

Is my writing used to train anyone else's model? +

No. Your voice profile is yours. It is used to write your content, not to train a shared model or to write for another agent. What sounds like you stays with you.
